Netac Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter as Netac), as theinventor and the core patent holder of the USB Flash Drive around the world , it successfully invented the first USB Flash Drive  and obtained the authorization of the core patent rights related to USB Flash Drive in China (Patent No. ZL 99117225.6) in 2002 and in USA (Patent No. US 6829672) in 2004. From its foundation in 1999, it has been keeping the independent and continuous innovation as its core competence. Netac owns the R&D workers over one third of its total employees (about 400 till 2007), and continuously researches new patented technologies and develops new products in flash application field every year.
