1.   Intention and Preparation: Sep, 2001-Jun, 2002

Deciding to import ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and make preparation including learning relevant knowledge, seeking human resource and etc.

2.   Establishment: Jun, 2002-Jul, 2002

Establish ISO9001 2000 Quality Management System. With the lead of ISO9001,2000 procure team which is mainly consist of Netac Quality Management department staffs and the positive participation of other departments, we established a quality management system which complies both Netac company situation and  ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System.

3.   Trial running: Aug, 2002-Dec, 2002

Find problem, solve, test and improve it during trial running phase
