A3: 1. Firmware of some models can be downloaded from Netac official website, and please

A4: No, but if you use windows (or other OS) to format the MP3 player, please select FAT
format, do not use FAT32, FAT32 may cause damage to firmware, or the music may
not be played
Q5: What to be noted when using lyric display for Netac MP3 music player?
A5 1. the lyric file should be .lrc format, usually created by professional software, includes
time information, therefore cannot create from renaming txt file;
2. lrc lyric file must be named the same as the music file.

charging.
A6: Netac internal Li-on batteries are all designed for computer connection charging.
Q7: Netac MP3 FM receiver range and number of channels can be stored?
A7: 87.5MHz-108MHz Chinese standard, can store 10-30 channels (depends on the model)

A11: Check if power off at the same music file, if yes, please format and recopy other musics,
exclude this error music file.

A13: 1. Please check if has power;

Q14: Some MP3 music names can be displayed normally on computer, but appear as
disordered codes on the Netac MP3?
A14: When creating or editing MP3 file, you can input song information into ID3 like name,
singer etc. When plyaing these musics, the player will show the information from ID3, if
no ID3 info, the player will appear the first 8 digits of the MP3 file name. If the mp3 player
only supports Simplified Chinese and English, then the ID3 information of the MP3 file in
other language will appear disordered codes when playing on the player.
Q15: If some MP3 format musics can be played on computer but cannot be played on
Netac Mp3 player?
A15: MP3 player has certain limit to support mp3 format music files, Generally from 32Kbps to
192Kbps, if beyond this range will not be played. Some files compressed too much the
timbre will be very poor, if compressed too little, file size will be too big. Netac Mp3 player
is complied with best suitable range from 32Kbps to 192Kbps.
Q16: If user misused Windows to format MP3 player. Then after switch on the player
will appear "NETAC" and then shut down automatically?
A16: Normally we can reconnect the computer and format with FAT file system, then it will be
fixed. If the firmware was damaged, then we need to reburn firmware file
Q17: When updating the firmware and stopped in the middle by unexpected accident,
and the Mp3 does not work afterwards?
A17: Please try reburn firmware, if still cannot fix need send back for RMA.
Q18: Netac MP3 player cannot find disk when connected to computer?
A18: 1.Check cable;
2. try connect motherboard USB port, avoid using USB port at computer front pannel.
Q19: Netac MP3 player does store data, but cannot play MP3 music file, or no sound?
A19: No sound or display incorrectly, please update firmware, if problem still exists, please
