Netac Authorized with Digital Mate & USB Wireless Modem Patents

On June 3, Netac was authorized by China’s National Intellectual Properties Bureau with the digital mate, also called digital companion (Patent No. ZL02134847.2) and USB Wireless modem patent (Patent No. ZL02114797.3).

Just a few months after Netac’s patent in USB flash drive was authorized in the U.S, Netac proved this time its R&D strength in fast-growing digital entertainment and wireless communication area.

The two patents are the only patents authorized in digital mate and USB Wireless Modem in China, which secures Netac’s leadership in these fields.

Early in 2002, Netac foresaw the great potential need in the market for digital mates and USB wireless modems and came up with the two innovations.

According to the legal department, there are many companies in the market which now produce digital mates and USB wireless modems. Netac is looking forward to discussion in the patent cooperation.

Till now, Netac has already applied for more than 200 patents in China or around the world. It is widely regarded as the powerhouse of technology and innovation in USB storage, digital entertainment and wireless communication.
