Netac AirTrackTM T710 Broadband Gateway Switch is a SOHO
wireless network product. Integrating the technologies
of ADSL broadband access, Ethernet switch, 802.11g wireless
LAN and gateway, AirTrackTM T710 is the perfect solution
to SOHO users to connect multiple PCs and share a high-speed
Broadband Internet connection.
With built-in ADSL Modem, AirTrackTM T710 can connect
the Internet directly. It makes wireless or wired LAN
access to the Internet with up to 8Mbps downstream and
512 Kbps upstream data rate. It complies with multi-mode
ADSL standard: G.Lite, G.DMT and G.ANSI.
AirTrackTM T710 is also functioned as Wireless-G Access
Point that allows 802.11g/b devices to connect to the
Internet. It adopts 802.11g OFDM technologies at 2.4GHz
frequency band with data rate up to 54Mbps, which is almost
five times as fast as the widely deployed Wireless-B (802.11b)
products found in homes, businesses, and public wireless
hotspots, but since they share the same 2.4GHz radio band,
Wireless-G devices can also interoperate with existing
11Mbps Wireless-B equipment. Since both standards are
built in, you can protect your investment in existing
802.11b infrastructure, and migrate to the new screaming
fast Wireless-G standard as your needs grow.
To protect your data and privacy, AirTrackTM T710 can
encode all wireless transmissions using 128-bit WEP encryption,
and also supports industrial-strength Wi-Fi Protected
Access (WPA) wireless security. AirTrackTM T710 protects
your PC from most known Internet attacks with a powerful
Stateful Packet Inspection firewall. It can also serve
as a DHCP Server, supports VPN pass-through, IPQoS, IPSec
and can be configured to filter internal users' access
to the Internet. And even with all this power, set up
is a snap with the web browser-based configuration utility.
With AirTrackTM T710 at the centre of your home or office
